INFOSECURUS, INC. ACQUIRES RED CELL SECURITY, LLC; DAVID JACQUET JOINS
INFOSECURUS, INC.
On July 11, 2008, InfoSecurus, Inc., a South Portland, Maine-based
company, acquired Red Cell Security, LLC, a Scarborough, Maine-based
company. The two companies together create Maine's premier Information
Security consulting firm in terms of technical expertise, Information
Security Training and Penetration Testing experience.
David Jacquet, President of Red Cell Security, becomes a Practice
Director for InfoSecurus, Inc.
